A Forbes-listed billionaire has been found dead laying beside his wife and dog at their luxurious beachside mansion.
Brazilian billionaire Jose Bezerra de Menezes Neto, 64, was found alongside Luciana, 62, and their dog, on Saturday morning.
The pair were discovered by their son Rodrigo Passos Bezerra de Menezes, 27, who was at home with several other members of the family at the time of the duo's death.

It is believed Luciana and Jose, also known as Binho Bezerra, died due to gas accumulating on the upper floors of the property, with a police spokesperson saying they were fairly positive a gas leak was the cause of death.
They did not fully confirm this immediately at the time although an autopsy report has shown the pair died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Sao Paulo Civil Police believe the pair were killed by carbon monoxide poisoning from a gas leak caused by equipment used to heat the rest of the building.
A technical reason was still needed to confirm the leak although a spokesperson speculated it could be a break of the exhaust gas pipe, which meant the poisonous smokes were not pumped out of the home, The Sun reported.
Instead they festered in the bedroom of Jose and Luciana, who were discovered dead on September 9.
