A UK town has been blessed with the kindness of a Good Samaritan who keeps paying for strangers' McDonald's orders.
Multiple residents of Melton, Leicestershire, have reported being on the receiving end of the charitable act, but mystery surrounds the person's identity.
The town has now been left abuzz at the incredible kindness of the stranger, who has been called "a legend" and "very generous".
A 23-year-old trainee accountant said she had her £12 bill picked up by the woman at the drive-thru on Wednesday, LeicestershireLive reports.
Alice Hack, who lives in the town, said: "I was queuing in the drive-thru getting a meal for myself and my mum at about 5pm on Wednesday.
"I ordered the meal then got to the window where you pay.
"I was about to pay when the server said: 'No need to pay. The woman in the car in front has paid your bill.'
"I could not believe it at first.
"I looked but the car had already gone.

"I have absolutely no idea who this woman is but she is a legend.
"It is lovely to be the lucky person who gets a random act of kindness like this.
"We are living in difficult times and this really cheered me up.
"I pulled over and rang my mum to tell her. She was amazed too."
Alice posted on Facebook about the incredible experience and other people said a woman had paid for their meals too at the restaurant.

Michael Bugby said a woman paid for his £16 meal last week at the same drive-thru.
"Myself and my partner Sarah went for a cheeky McDonald's breakfast after the school run and ordered," he said.
"When we got to the window to pay the chap said the woman in the car in front had paid for our meal.
"It's amazing. I didn't think people did that sort of thing these days.
"We think it is the same woman who keeps doing this. It's very generous."
A shift manager at the McDonald's in Melton said: "We have seen the messages on Facebook about this mystery woman paying for other people's meals.
"It is such a nice thing to do.
"We love having happy customers so it is great for everyone that this generous person is doing this."
