Jennifer Lopez performance: What did JLo shout in Spanish during song?

Joe Biden delivers speech at his inauguration

Jennifer Lopez performed during Joe Biden’s inauguration as the next US President of the United States. But during her song, she stopped to shout in Spanish. What did she say?

Joe Biden was inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday, January 20.

He takes over from Donald Trump, who chose not to attend the inauguration.

Biden’s celebration included performances from Lady Gaga and JLo.

During Lopez’s performance, she shouted in Spanish: “One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Lopez performed a musical selection ahead of Biden’s swearing-in.

The day before the inauguration, JLo tweeted that she would be singing for “all Americans”.

She posted a video of herself taking selfies with members of the US army.

“What an honor to spend a few moments with these brave men and women,” she said.

“Thank you for your service and sacrifice. I honour you today and everyday.

“Tomorrow I sing for you and all Americans.”

Lady Gaga also performed at the inauguration, alongside Lopez.

She sang the US national anthem with a gold microphone, and a large gold dove pinned to her coat.

She also wore a large red skirt with a high-neck black dress.
