An adorable sausage dog has melted the hearts of viewers by his sheer love for having a bath.
Monty, who has his very own Twitter account @montythedaxie, was seen in a recent video having a wash.
Unable to hold his excitement and being in the water, the pooch lets off a series of cute yaps.
He then playfully paws at the water while continuing to bark.
A second clip shared yesterday to the account shows Monty barking at the bathroom while he stands outside.
The pooch walks around it, clearly trying to get in and grabbing his owner’s attention.
It was captioned: “Oh dear, what have we started.” Both clips have been seen more than 7,000 times combined.
And it is fair to say that viewers absolutely love what they saw.
One joked: “Clearly your staff is being summoned to fill the tub!!?! Not sure what the holdup is, though. You need a bell to ring, since they apparently can’t hear you.”
Another added: “Nice move Monty….that is yours & your staff should do as you demand.”
While a third said: “He is going to be the cleanest little Dachshund in town.”

It is not the first time a Dachshund has gone viral for their adorable antics.
