A further 39 people, who tested positive for the coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in England to 167 and 183 in the UK.
NHS England said patients were aged between 50 and 99 years old and had underlying health conditions.
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust all reported 4 deaths.
St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust recorded 3 coronavirus related deaths.
While two victims passed away at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Kings Lynn NHS Trust, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust and Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.
Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Medway NHS Foundation Trust, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, Great Western Hospital NHS Trust, Royal Gloucester NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and University College London Hospitals NHS Trust each recorded 1.
